Walking 29

Nach langer Pause, die durch verschiedene Verpflichtungen zu erklären ist, war ich heute mal wieder im Wald. Es war schön, sonnig und schattig, insgesamt heißer als erwartet. Ich möchte wirklich wieder regelmäßig gehen. Eigentlich sollte das ein Muss sein, egal wie stressig das Leben ist.

Ich hatte kurz überlegt, ob ich da durch laufen soll. - I played with the idea of walking through it.

After a long break which was due to other responsibilities I went for a longer walk into the woods. It was great, the sun was shining and there was shade, all in all much hotter than expected. I would really love to go regularly. It should be a thing you just do no matter how stressful life is.
