Sonntagsglück / Sunday happiness

Heute ist es an der Zeit, auf das Positive zu blicken. Das hilft mir, bevor ich die nächste Woche planen muss. Bis jetzt gibt es noch nicht viele Familientermine, worüber ich sehr froh bin. Mein Glück heute bestand aus einem Sonntagsritual, das ich sehr genieße. Immer, wenn eine Kindertheatervorstellung ist, gehen wir hinterher gemeinsam essen. Das entspannt mich, weil dann für ein, zwei Stunden vom Schreibtisch weg gehe. Andererseits ist es auch ein Glück, wenn frau alles geschafft hat, was sie sich vorgenommen hat und die Liste der To dos kleiner ist als gedacht.

Today is the day to look at something positive. This helps me before I start planning for next week. There do not seem to be many appointments to keep next week which makes me happy. My Sunday happiness today was our habit of going out to eat when the kids have been to the theatre. This relaxes me a lot as I leave my desk for one or two hours. On the other hand I think it makes me happy when I find out that I have managed every task that I wanted to tackle and the list of todos is smaller than expected.
